Law Studies at the University of Berne, 1994, attorney at law, LL.M., international tax law, Vienna, 2007.

Managing clerk and commercial registrar of the first instance court of Justice in Murten/FR.  Counsel with the Swiss Federal Tax Administration.  Tax counsel with an international audit and consulting corporation.  Head of the tax departments of an international Swiss Trust company.

German, French, English, Italian.

Practice areas:
Swiss and international tax and succession planning, corporate tax law and reorganizations, Swiss withholding tax and stamp duties (insurance and turnover tax, company law, labor law).

Further practical activities
Speaker to different seminars (Swiss Institute of national and international tax law, Swiss institute of Certified accountants and tax consultants), senior lecturer at the Zurich University of Applied Sciences (ZHAW).
