Cyrill Schäke advises and represents individuals, companies and public authorities in the areas of economic law, contract and company law, competition law, employment law, private construction law, public procurement law, procedural law, constitutional and administrative law.
Born in 1987, Cyrill Schäke studied at the University of St. Gallen (M.A. HSG 2013). He worked as a judicial trainee at the Secretariat of the Swiss Competition Commission and the 2nd Division of the Federal Administrative Court. In 2016, he was admitted to the Bar. Thereafter he worked as a scientific assistant at the University of Lucerne and, with a grant of the Swiss National Science Foundation, as a visiting researcher at the Georgetown University Law Center. He has been working for Schiller Rechtsanwaelte since 2020.
Cyrill Schäke speaks German, English and French.
