Kaspar Schiller advises and represents domestic and foreign companies and private individuals in court and arbitration proceedings in the areas of corporate law, contract and commercial law, inheritance law, succession planning and foundations as well as aviation law.
Born in 1947, Kaspar Schiller studied at the Universities of Zurich and Geneva (lic. iur. 1972, Dr. iur. 1973) and completed his studies in 1977 in Great Britain with a postgraduate diploma in finance and accounting. In 1974 Kaspar Schiller was admitted to the Bar. Since then he has been working for the law office, later renamed as Schiller Rechtsanwaelte. He became a partner in 1978.

Kaspar Schiller is a member of the Zurich Bar Association (former president), the Swiss Bar Association (former president), the ASDA/SVLR (Swiss Aviation and Space Law Association), the ASA (Swiss Arbitration Association) and the International Court of Arbitration on Aviation and Space Law.
